When I go to Sidorovich there is an option to choose that and then you can choose what kind of armor to exchange. It says Light Armor 5'000 RU, Medium Armor 10'000 RU and so on. There is sewing stuff to repair and combine fabrics into better %. But you will need a tool set like basic/advanced/expert to put fabric pieces into an armor.
