I've been fighting with a down fiber internet connection all day. The support rep on the phone thinks that my Zyxel modem, purchased from CenturyLink a few years ago, is the culprit. That unit shows a blinking green/red WAN light, even after factory reset. I'm suspicious of the ONT. The only lights are the power light and the Ethernet 4 light.
